04Engineering standards
Every system we ship meets the same bar — the one our own live platforms are held to.
Row-level tenant isolation enforced in the database itself — your firm's data is walled off from everyone else's at the lowest layer, not just in application code.
Personal identifiers and bank details are encrypted at rest with AES-256 — even a stolen database copy wouldn't expose them.
Real-time error monitoring on every system. When something breaks, we usually know — and are fixing it — before anyone calls.
Files and databases are backed up daily to independent off-site storage — separate from the platform host, so no single failure can take your records with it.
Changes are proven on a full staging environment before they reach the system your business depends on. No cowboy deploys to live.
Every request is authenticated, permission-checked and validated before it touches the database. Security is the pattern, not a patch.
